Description of the rate or promotion
PREMIUM Plan 799 is the service that allows you to have an unlimited local calling package by paying a monthly fee of $799.00 MN before applicable taxes. It applies only to calls from the local fixed service and the local mobile service.
Application Rules: Rate applicable only to the residential segment.
Definitions
The terms used shall have the meaning indicated below without distinction:
a. Local Telephone Service: that which carries traffic whose origin and destination numbers have the same or different NIR or that originates and ends in the same or different ABI, and for which a rate is charged independent of the distance and location of the origin and destination points within the national territory.
b. Fixed Telephone Service: is the local telephone service that runs through the public switched network via the concessionaire's infrastructure.
c. Mobile Telephone Service: Calls made to a mobile telephone destination. Applies to local mobile service for calls originating and terminating within the national territory.
d. Measured Service: Refers to the monthly number of calls made by a fixed telephone service subscriber.
e. Commercial Subscribers: These are individuals or legal entities that carry out some commercial activity and use the services for their own communication purposes.
f. Active Subscribers: Those who, at the time of contracting a service, have at least one service previously contracted with Vívaro.
g. New subscribers: Those who do not have any service previously contracted with Vívaro. Applies only to local fixed-line calls.
Marketing Policies
Description of Geographic Areas: Mexico-United States of America and Canada: These are calls originating from any city with Vívaro service to any city in the United States of America and any city in Canada. Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International Long Distance: Any destination other than national territory, the United States of America, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Inmarsat: This service does not allow the subscriber to make conference calls to ships that are in any ocean. US 800 numbers. This is the service that allows the subscriber to make calls to long distance 800 numbers in the United States of America and Canada. To access the numbers 1-800, 1-888, 1-887, 1-866, 1-855, 1-844 and 1-833 you must dial: 001 880, 001 888, 001 877, 001-886, 001-885, 001-884 and 001 883 respectively. The rate per minute for this service is: DESTINATION RATE PER MINUTE Call to 800 Number in the United States of America $5.99 Mexican pesos plus taxes.
Application rules • Only completed calls are recorded, that is, when the dialed number has answered.
General Commercial Conditions: • The terms “charge”, “price” and “rate” are used interchangeably to designate the rates for the products and services offered, duly registered with the Federal Telecommunications Institute (“IFT”). • Rates are subject to change upon registration with the IFT. • The duration of the call is measured from the time the connection is established with the destination until the origin is disconnected. • The products and services, as well as their respective charges, described in this document, are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Code of Commercial Practices and in the service contract signed by the Residential Subscriber. • The rate plan applies to the entire Mexican Republic. • All products and services are subject to coverage. • The products and services apply exclusively to Residential Subscribers. • Rates are expressed in national currency and include taxes, which will be charged in accordance with applicable law.
Fair Use Policy: This policy is directed to CCa Customers who subscribe to the PREMIUM service offer that includes the plan for terminating minutes to landlines and mobile numbers throughout the national territory. The calls you make from your CCa service to landlines and mobile phones include a maximum of 2049 minutes. From the next call onwards, the current rate will be billed. Excessive use of this service may be audited by CCa at any time, so it will have the right to exercise any necessary measures. When the traffic limits included in the offer are exceeded according to the fair use policy, CCa will bill the current rate for the additional calls and/or minutes, as the case may be.
PENALTIES
In the event of early cancellation, the client must pay CCa the payment for the unearned months.
